August was dry, dry, dry. San Diego weather which had folks in a panic about the flowers. The perennials held up okay. Representative Jim Cantwell had some students here and that was a great treat. Family gathered round some new furniture. The temperature spiked for a set of days. 130 in the window will boil the birds. The annual Luminaria kicked off Heritage Days and it is always a treat to have Jack Foley come by. The Edgerton Bell was improved by some signage though the rocks it was wrapped with had to be removed when they began to be used to knock on the bell itself. No can do.
